we are very proud of. These are employee-owned vehicles wrapped with a special vinyl cover, turning them into eye-catching mobile billboards for Jobing.com. This unique employee benefit program began back in 2001, when Jobing.com was a staff of only 10 people. The idea came from our CEO and Founder, Aaron Matos, who wanted to find a cost-effective, unique way to create awareness for the company within the community. Not only would a Jobing mobile do that, but it also created a cool way for employees to earn some extra money. Today there are over 100 Jobing.com employees across the country driving a wrapped vehicle, including the CEO.

How does the program work?
At Jobing.com, we take great pride in our employees and reward their hard work with some truly extraordinary employee benefits; the vehicle wrap program provides a great way for our employees to earn extra money and have their gas covered by the company. And with the soaring gas prices today, this benefit has become extremely valuable! Employees who drive a wrapped vehicle get an additional $500 added to their paycheck every month and Jobing.com picks up the tab for 100% of employee fuel costs- whether personal or business related. Most employees are eligible to participate in the wrap program within their first year of employment, depending on performance. Prior to getting a wrap employees must successfully complete a defensive driving class. We also require a good driving record to participate and employees agree to annual reviews while driving a wrapped vehicle.

Our mission is to be the best community resource for employment and we combine our online presence with a brick-and-mortar office in each Jobing.com local market. More than just a grass-roots advertising effort, the Jobing mobiles are a wonderful reflection of who we are as an organization: we are recruiting professionals who work, live, and play right here in your community. Jobing.com staff are passionate, active members of the community and take pride in our vehicle wrap program. Wherever our employees go, so do the mobile billboards, creating thousands of impressions every day and allowing our employees to be ambassadors of our brand.
