The Alabama Automated Clearing House Association (ALACHA) is one of twenty Regional Payment Associations under the National ACH Association (NACHA) umbrella. It is the vision of ALACHA to be the premier Regional ACH Payment Association for financial institutions and affiliate members based in Alabama. To realize our vision, ALACHA is committed to providing excellence in education, marketing and technical support to members engaged in the origination and receipt of ACH transactions. ALACHA is a not-for-profit trade association with over 200 members. Goals:
History of ALACHA:
ALACHA was established in 1976 as the premier regional payment association in the state of Alabama. Since then, ALACHA has continued to grow and address the key issues facing the ACH industry.
Organization:
The association is governed by a 10-member Board comprised of leaders from the top financial institutions within the state. An Executive Committee develops the strategic direction of the association and its day-to-day operation. Contact Us
