Use your sales skills to do more than sell a product—be part of a healthcare team! The person in this position will report to the AVP of Business Development.
Duties include:
• Developing and maintaining community relationships in the designated area to promote home care and hospice services
• Serving as a resource and providing information and education to referral sources, potential referral sources and the community
• Meeting with referring physicians and referral sources to ensure customer satisfaction
• Educating referral sources about available home care services

This position requires someone with established contacts in the healthcare community of the designated area.
Other job requirements include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or other related degree such as Nursing or Social Work
• At least one year of community relations or community education experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Current knowledge of Medicare and private insurance coverage guidelines
• Previous sales experience highly desired
• Respecting the patient’s privacy and maintaining confidentiality
• Current Alabama driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
