The Portfolio Territory Manager will be responsible for delivering consistent performance results in sales achievement, territory market development and strategic objectives in the ethical and compliant promotion and sales of the Merz Aesthetics product portfolio within a defined geographical area. Individual is specifically responsible for the Merz injectable portfolio as well as Ulthera Transducers and Cellfina kits.


Contact, visit, and sell clients and potential clients on company’s portfolio of products while addressing client questions or concerns 

Coordinate any additional resources necessary to meet client’s needs

Develop and execute a territory business plan

Utilize territory reports to identify emerging trends and strategize accordingly

Manage territory budget

Execute the sales process effectively, ensuring minimum lead generation/closing requirements are met for device counterparts

Effectively execute pull through strategies for the full portfolio of products

Submit all administrative reports, expense reports, and business plans in a timely manner

Other duties as assigned

Ability to understand and explain economic value as well as clinical performance comparison

Ability to work independently

Willing to travel 100% of the time within specified territory

Required Experience



Bachelor’s degree required

Must have 5-8 yearsexperience in medical sales

Aesthetic background, plastic surgery, or dermatology experience preferred
